Shipping and Returns

Shipping Status

Shipping is currently available to Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. We are working to expand our shipping options and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.

Package Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This email will include links to track your order’s progress.

Store Currency

All prices on Blocky are displayed in USD or AUD, depending on your selection at checkout. If you’re paying in a currency other than USD or AUD, your credit card provider will determine the exchange rate.

Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final once your order has shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us at blockybusinesscontact@gmail.com for assistance. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please reach out via our Contact Page and we will assist you.

Damaged Product or Wrong Order

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, or if your order is incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or re-shipment. Please submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Product Not Received In Time

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, we will consider it lost-in-transit. We will offer either a full refund or a re-shipment of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. We can only make changes before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped.

Product Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the product’s production and shipping times. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Prices

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, contents, weight, and size of the order. Expedited shipping options may be available depending on the product and destination. Additional customs charges may apply for orders outside of Australia and the US; these charges are determined by your local government and paid upon delivery.
